NEW OBSERVATION PARTNER
We are pleased to report the Maryland Science Center in downtown Baltimore will be partnering with the team to assist as the "representative location" for our stormcast. Thus, for the center, the forecast is ~1.5 liquid x 15:1 snow ratio = 22.5" by midnight Thursday. We are concerned that ratios north and east of Baltimore into PA may end near 18:1, to account for underpredicting ratios by 2" on 3 previous storms.
