True....,But I think we can pull a couple more 1 inch or so events (not sure what fell at BWI but don't believe it was an inch). Monthly tally for February at BWI should finish at under 4 inches. I think the pattern will continue to produce disorganized clipper type storms, and pre/post frontal snow showers.
I continue to write off February. I can see March being our snowiest month.
