"Just click your heels three times..."
4:15 PM 8/15 (Forecaster Mike & the Bayshore Team) This weekend, if you do that with your heels anywhere near the Mid-Shore, you may find yourself at the Caroline Summerfest on Friday night! However, it seems the Wicked Witch of the
West is trying to take away our fun, as some active weather possible both today and Friday afternoon. No worries, your Foot's ForecastTeam has Toto is on a chain now for safety purposes. You can also visit http://www.carolinesummerfest.com/ for the scoop.
- TONIGHT - Scattered thunderstorms are likely across portions of the Bayshore region on Wednesday, mainly between 4 PM and 10 PM. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect for much of the Eastern shore. We are watching for the potential of these storms to bring gusty winds, heavy downpours and hail. Otherwise, skies will be partly sunny as highs have hit the upper 80s.
- THURSDAY - After storms are possible Wednesday night, we will clear out for out Thursday! Mostly sunny skies are likely with highs rising back into the upper 80s. So there will be nothing to see behind the weather curtain, just nice blue skies.
- FRIDAY - Bring those Munchkins and oil your joints for a trip down the "Yellow Brick Road" to the SummerFest in Denton! The next storm threat may bring scattered thunderstorms, especially late Friday. We'll be nabbing the forecast faster than a flying monkey can. Otherwise, skies will be mostly sunny again with highs hitting the lower 90s. Hope to see you at the Fest!
